Executive Chef Tom Boden has nearly twenty years' international culinary experience in the UK, India, the Caribbean, and Australia, including time with the internationally-acclaimed Raymond Blanc and at the Michelin-starred “The Black Rat”. During his time in South Australia Chef Tom has been the recipient of Two Forks in the Advertiser Food Awards and two consecutive Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide.
The Kitchen Door wine list features award-winning Penny’s Hill wines by Alexia Roberts, premium craft beers, and international wines personally selected by Chef Tom.
