Penny's Hill Functions: Drew's Verandah
Drew's Verandah is named after Drew Dowie the architect (and brother- in- law of Penny's Hill proprietor Tony Parkinson) who is responsible for designing the Penny's Hill cellar door, gallery and Gedney Room. It is an outdoor undercover area to which a marquee can be attached to extend onto the lawned area. Overlooking the paddock and looking to the north of McLaren Vale, guests have a prime position from which to watch the black faced Suffolk sheep and Rhode Island Red 'chooks' go about their business.
